PX Mart upgrades Taiwanese bread line, cuts prices

Supermarket chain PX Mart is upgrading its popular "Taiwanese Bread F4" line, with prices as low as 13 NTD, in response to inflation. The upgraded line features four popular bread varieties. The revamped bread line, overseen by "World's Best Baker" Wu Tzu-ching, includes custard, red bean, and two pineapple bun variations. Special pricing from June 20th to July 3rd offers discounts, with further savings available when purchasing kiwi fruit. This initiative follows a trend of affordable bakery options, with 7-Eleven also launching a new line of master baker-created breads at competitive prices. The original F4 line sold nearly 3 million packages last year.
