Punalur municipality builds modern toilet complex in Chemmanthur

Punalur Municipality is constructing a modern public toilet complex in Chemmanthur to address the lack of facilities for town visitors. The project, costing 50 lakh rupees from the Suchitwa Mission, will feature smart and high-tech amenities, including ten toilets each for men and women, with provisions for the disabled and environmental friendliness. Construction has begun with foundation work, and similar complexes are planned for the KSRTC depot and near the taluk hospital, as existing facilities have been removed.
