Children's publisher Puffin is contacting schools and libraries after a website in the Spy Dog book series was hijacked by a pornography site. Puffin has urged immediate removal of the books, which are aimed at seven to 12-year-olds, as the website now displays unrestricted adult content. Sales have been paused.
