PSA lists top five highest paying jobs in the Philippines for 2024

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) released its Labor Force Survey, revealing the top five jobs with the highest daily basic pay as of October 2024. Armed forces occupations topped the list with an average daily wage of P1,301, up from P1,173 in 2023. Professionals followed, earning P1,168 daily, an increase from P1,135. Managers ranked third with a daily pay of P1,109, down from P1,254. Technicians and associate professionals earned P826, while clerical support workers received P740, both showing year-on-year increases. In contrast, the lowest-paying jobs included skilled agricultural workers at P378 and elementary occupations at P413. Service and sales workers earned P525, while craft and related trades workers received P553. Plant and machine operators earned P583.
