ProLogium Technology has begun mass production of its Gen 3.5 solid-state battery at a Giga-level facility in Taiwan, achieving an energy density of 381 Wh/kg. This marks a major step in bringing the technology to commercial scale. Third-party testing by TÜV confirmed the 185.4 Ah cell delivers 381 Wh/kg gravimetric and 903 Wh/L volumetric energy density. UL Solutions also verified the cell meets China's GB/T 43568-2026 all-solid-state standard, with weight loss under 0.05% after vacuum testing at 120 degrees Celsius. ProLogium has shipped over 2.4 million cells since 2013, with manufacturing evolving from Sheet-by-Sheet to Roll-to-Roll and now Giga-level production. The company plans Gen 4 with a fully inorganic electrolyte, targeting EVs, aerospace, and data centers, plus future facilities in France and North America.
