Prairie girls basketball team celebrated before state semifinals

The Prairie School in Wind Point held a special sendoff for its varsity girls basketball team as they headed to Green Bay for the Division 4 state semifinals. Students cheered and celebrated the team's efforts. The Hawks will face Cuba City, aiming for a win to reach the state championship. Team co-captain Meg Decker expressed confidence, noting their hard work and strong community support. Last year, the team lost in the semifinals, but Coach Abby Jaramillo believes their experience will help. Most players return from last year's team, which adds to their preparation for the big game.
