The new owner plans to convert it into an Airbnb that replicates the film's set design. This marks the first time the house has been on the market in 45 years. The property features 16,000 square feet, four bedrooms, and a swimming pool. While Halloween is approaching, the Airbnb won't be ready for rentals this year. The owner aims to ensure the home is perfect before opening it to guests.
