nl.ign.com (Dutch)

Former Pokémon Company engineering director Ben Tsai was arrested for allegedly hiding cameras in bathrooms to film women, and now faces a class-action lawsuit. The 45-year-old, charged in January with first-degree voyeurism after a camera was found at a Starbucks, is also accused of placing cameras at a Safeway, his home, and Pokémon offices, and of possessing and trading child sexual abuse material. He denies all charges. The class action, filed by an anonymous woman under Washington anti-discrimination law, represents women and girls who used Pokémon Company restrooms from 2017 to 2026 and also accuses the company of negligence.
