Plants power Peugeot photoshoot, demonstrating electricity generation

A recent photoshoot for a Peugeot electric vehicle was powered by electricity generated from plants, marking a novel application of microbial fuel cell technology. The technology, developed by Nova Innova, uses bacteria to break down organic matter and produce electricity. The photoshoot used the plant-generated power to charge batteries for the lights. This innovative approach, which could one day contribute to home energy, is currently being used in art installations and outdoor lighting projects, with plans to expand its use in water quality monitoring.
