Pinksky launches Android app offering Instagram-like experience on Bluesky

A new app called Pinksky has launched for Android, offering a photo-sharing experience similar to Instagram, but built on the Bluesky network. This app allows users to share up to four photos and one-minute videos per post. Pinksky aims to attract users who prefer connecting with friends over viral content. It features user profiles, a photo feed, and a Stories section, similar to Instagram's layout. Users can engage with posts, and their existing Bluesky connections will sync automatically. Previously available only on iOS, Pinksky is still in the experimental phase. The developer, Ramon Souza, may consider future integrations with other platforms if there is enough interest.
