Picasso exhibition in Hong Kong features over 60 artworks

A new exhibition titled "Picasso for Asia: A Conversation" opens at Hong Kong's M+ museum on Saturday. It features over 60 works from the Picasso museum in Paris, alongside 130 pieces by Asian artists. Among the artworks is Cai Guo-qiang's "Gunpowder Drawing No 8-A5," displayed next to Picasso's cubist study of the Sacre-Coeur Basilica. This exhibition is the first major showcase of Picasso's works in Hong Kong in over ten years. The exhibition includes pieces that have not been shown outside France before. It highlights Picasso's influence on 20th-century art, showcasing various movements and mediums.
