Path of Exile 2 reveals Ascendancy options for six classes at launch

Path of Exile 2 will launch with six classes, each featuring a new Ascendancy system for further customization. Players can choose from 12 Ascendancies, which enhance abilities and skills, impacting gameplay and character builds. The available Ascendancies include Stormweaver and Chronomancer for Sorceresses, Titan and Warbringer for Warriors, Deadeye and Pathfinder for Rangers, Blood Made and Infernalist for Witches, Witchhunter and Gemling Legionnaire for Mercenaries, and Invoker and Acolyte of Chayula for Monks. Each Ascendancy has a different number of unlockable nodes. Players' choices in Ascendancy will be permanent, affecting their character's specialization. While six classes are available at launch, a total of 12 classes are planned for early access, allowing for 36 specialization options in total.
