Passenger accuses Ambala chief ticket inspector of misbehavior

A passenger accused a Chief Ticket Inspector (CTI) of Ambala of misbehavior and verbal abuse on the Jan Shatabdi Express. The CTI allegedly snatched the passenger's mobile phone. The passenger claimed to have a valid ticket but boarded early due to an emergency, offering to pay a fine. The CTI reportedly responded with rudeness instead of cooperation. The railway division has formed a team to investigate, reviewing CCTV footage and interviewing passengers. The passenger paid a 1410 rupee fine.
