Paramus girls soccer leans on Gervasio, Carmona as Spartans enter new division

Paramus girls soccer enters the 2026 season with a strong defensive back four and counter-attacking style, though coach Justin DeFeo cites bench depth and goalkeeping as key uncertainties. The Spartans, who finished 10-10 last year, return senior midfielder Adriana Giugliano and junior forward Liliana Gervasio as offensive anchors, while senior defender Sam Carmona leads the back line.
