Over 55% of Indian startup founders struggle with sleep
A recent survey found that over 55% of startup founders and business leaders in five major Indian cities struggle with sleep. More than 26% of professionals reported getting less than six hours of sleep each night. The survey, conducted by Heartfulness and TiE Global, revealed that sleep deprivation affects job performance and workplace relationships. Stress and anxiety were identified as the main causes of sleep difficulties, with many entrepreneurs experiencing frequent disturbances. To address these issues, TiE Global and Heartfulness will offer sleep wellness workshops for members worldwide, starting with a virtual session on March 21.
