Over 100,000 players unite to defeat Illuminate faction in Helldivers 2 campaign

Over 100,000 players returned to Helldivers 2 to fight the Illuminate faction in a recent campaign. The players successfully defended the planet Calypso, winning by a narrow margin of just 0.1% after three days of intense battles. The campaign saw a total of 150,000 players participating, but the fight was costly, resulting in 38 million divers lost. Following their defeat, the Illuminate faction has temporarily left the game. Players are now anticipating the next challenge, as the Illuminate are expected to return. New Fast Recon Vehicles will soon be available, adding to the game's strategy options.
