OSCE Parliamentary Assembly adopts Hague Declaration for Ukraine's reconstruction

The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly adopted the Hague Declaration, stating that violators of sanctions against Russia should pay for damages to Ukraine. The declaration calls for member states to establish mechanisms to direct funds from confiscated assets or sanctions violations towards compensating Ukraine and supporting victims of Russian aggression. This approach is being implemented in some countries, with the US and Lithuania already transferring approximately $6 million in confiscated funds and fines to Ukraine.
