Oroton heir sells Byron Bay estate for $30 million

Tom and Emma Lane, heirs to the Oroton fashion empire, have sold their luxury equine estate in Bangalow for approximately $30 million, setting a new suburb record. The sale of Copperstone, built from scratch after purchasing farmland for $3 million in 2011, features a wellness center, tennis court, pool, and a dressage arena. The estate is part of the Lanes' luxury accommodation portfolio, The Range Estates. This sale follows the Lanes' previous record-breaking sale of another luxury retreat in Coopers Shoot for $33.65 million in 2023. Other property sales in the area are also noted.
