Orléans: Parking banned on rue Piedgrouille during bollard installation

actu.fr (French) —

Work on rue Piedgrouille in Orléans will begin Monday, October 5 through Thursday, October 8, 2026, to install shape-memory bollards, with parking prohibited during the work. The project, requested by local residents, aims to better delineate parking spaces and prevent vehicles from overflowing, thereby improving visibility and easing entry and exit maneuvers. Bollards will be placed at parking spots near numbers 3, 5, 7, 9, 15, and 17. Parking will be impossible at these locations for the duration of the four-day operation, which is carried out by the Métropole and the city of Orléans.
