Ohio State is set to sign four-star defensive lineman Jarquez Carter during the early signing period from December 4-6, 2024. Carter, from Newberry, Florida, stands 6-foot-2 and weighs 285 pounds. He is ranked as the No. 268 player nationally. Carter had an impressive senior season, recording 15 sacks and 6.5 tackles per game. He committed to Ohio State on July 18 after considering offers from several top programs, including Florida and Penn State.
