Two North Charleston police cruisers collided during rush hour while chasing a suspect linked to armed robberies. The incident occurred on October 31 when the suspect refused to stop and drove the wrong way on Interstate 26. The police pursuit was called off after the crash, allowing the suspect to escape. No injuries were reported from the collision, and a tow truck was dispatched to remove the damaged vehicles.
