Nmplol pulls over $16,000 in rare Pokemon cards from vintage booster box

Twitch streamer Nmplol recently opened a vintage Pokemon TCG booster box, pulling cards valued at over $16,000. This event highlights the growing popularity of Pokemon card collecting, especially among major content creators. During the stream, Nmplol and guest NoraExplorer found all three top chase cards from Base Set 2, which was released in 2000. Their haul included a holographic Charizard worth $8,500, a Blastoise valued at $1,114, and a Venusaur at $709. The successful pull from the 36 booster packs is notable, as finding all three cards in one box is rare. A sealed Base Set 2 box costs around $10,000, making Nmplol's luck particularly significant.
