NJ man murdered one, police arrested another
A New Jersey man, Steven McNeill, has been charged with murder after a double stabbing in Toms River resulted in one death and the arrest of the other victim. McNeill, 32, was arrested Friday after allegedly stabbing two men at a residence. One victim, Raniek Mendez, died from a chest wound, while the other, Roderick Seward, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Seward, 30, was also arrested for cocaine possession found at the scene. Authorities are investigating a possible gunshot and a prior altercation at the same location involving McNeill and Seward.
