Nissan expands export operations from India to 45 new countries

Nissan Motor India is expanding its export operations significantly. The company will now ship its left-hand drive Magnite SUV to 45 new countries, increasing its total export destinations to 65. Previously, it exported to only 20 countries. The first shipments of 10,000 units of the left-hand drive Magnite are underway, targeting markets in the Middle East, North Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. This move is part of Nissan's strategy to enhance its global presence. Nissan plans to introduce hybrid and CNG vehicles in India, alongside its existing lineup. The company aims to triple its domestic and export volumes to 100,000 units each by the end of fiscal year 2026.
