Nick Perry joins Arkansas as new defensive backs coach

Nick Perry, a former safety for Alabama, has been hired as the new defensive backs coach at Arkansas. This marks his return to the Southeastern Conference as an assistant coach. Perry previously worked as a defensive assistant for the Seattle Seahawks in 2024. He has also been part of coaching staffs for Alabama and the Atlanta Falcons. During his playing career at Alabama from 2010 to 2014, Perry won two national championships and recorded 121 tackles in 44 games.
