NFL playoffs set to kick off with 14 teams vying for Super Bowl title
Fourteen NFL teams will compete in a single-elimination playoff format over the next five weeks to determine the Super Bowl champion. The playoffs will conclude with Super Bowl 59 on February 9 in New Orleans. Each conference has seven teams, with division winners taking the top four seeds. Wild card teams can have better records but are seeded lower. Tiebreakers are used to rank teams with the same record. The playoffs consist of four rounds: wild card, divisional, conference championship, and Super Bowl. The first three rounds occur weekly, followed by a two-week break before the Super Bowl.
