New Zealand and Bangladesh reveal squads for ICC Men's Champions Trophy 2025

New Zealand and Bangladesh have announced their squads for the ICC Men's Champions Trophy 2025, taking place in Pakistan from February 19 to March 9. New Zealand's squad includes Mitchell Santner as captain and features both experienced and emerging players. Santner will lead a mix of senior players like Kane Williamson and Matt Henry, alongside newcomers such as Will O'Rourke and Ben Sears. New Zealand will also participate in a tri-series against Pakistan and South Africa before the tournament. Bangladesh's squad is missing veteran all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan, who is banned from bowling, and former captain Tamim Iqbal, who has retired. Najmul Hossain Shanto will captain the team, which includes senior players Mushfiqur Rahim and Mahmudullah, along with new call-up Parvez Hossai Emon.
