New residential area expands Neubrandenburg village community

A new residential area, "Am Sonnenkamp," is being developed in Kalübbe, near Neubrandenburg, with the first home already under construction. This project aims to expand the village community. Torsten Just, the property owner, divided his large plot into 24 smaller parcels, selling them for 79 euros per square meter. Deutsche Bank Immobilien is assisting with sales, and local construction companies are offering building packages. The development offers various housing options, from wooden structures to traditional builds, with the goal of fostering community and making homeownership accessible.
