The breach targeted C-Track, the software used for case management, and was discovered a month later. The Judicial Branch stated the information has not been made public, and no evidence suggests sensitive data like Social Security numbers was exposed. C-Track said it contained the activity, engaged cybersecurity experts, and notified law enforcement. Superior and Circuit Courts were unaffected, and complementary credit monitoring will be offered to impacted individuals.
