New four-armed antibody significantly boosts T-cell activation for cancer immunotherapy

Scientists have developed a novel four-armed antibody that significantly enhances T-cell activation against cancer. This new antibody design, published in Nature Communications, effectively clusters CD27 receptors, mimicking and amplifying the body's natural immune response to target cancer cells more aggressively.
