New five-star hotel planned for Rotorua lakefront

A new five-star hotel, the Noho Lakeside Hotel, is planned for Rotorua's lakefront. It will include a pool, rooftop bar, gym, conference rooms, and 197 guest rooms. The hotel will be located near Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa on an 11,000 square meter site. Pukeroa Lakefront Holdings has released an information memorandum to attract investors and developers. The project aims to create about 200 jobs, marking a significant step in the area's tourism development.
