Netherlands cancels events due to ex-hurricane Humberto

Remnants of Hurricane Humberto caused widespread event cancellations across the Netherlands due to strong winds and heavy rain. Several festivals, fireworks displays, and open days were called off, including Roetz festival and the Leiden Liberation Day fireworks. Code yellow weather warnings were issued for coastal areas. The severe weather is the tail end of Hurricane Humberto, which weakened into Storm Amy. Another former hurricane, Imelda, is also expected to bring rain later in the week.
