Navarra's population rose by 52,079 in a decade to 692,026, nearing 700,000, driven mainly by international migration and posing housing and public-service challenges. Between April and July 2026 it added 834 residents (0.1%). Adults aged 25–29 grew most (+272), while those aged 45–49 fell most (−433). Men and women each rose 0.1%. INE projections foresee 753,128 residents by 2041, with foreign-born residents rising from 143,277 to 231,589. Pamplona gained 939 residents over the past year, reaching 213,526.
