NATO ends "Sea Shield" exercise in the Black Sea

NATO's annual "Sea Shield" military exercise in the Black Sea has concluded, enhancing cooperation and readiness among participating nations. The exercise involved thousands of military personnel, dozens of ships, patrol aircraft, and helicopters from 12 allied countries, including Romania. It simulated various threats, including hybrid attacks, and focused on improving collective defense capabilities. "Sea Shield 25" took place amid rising regional tensions, with a focus on modernizing and maintaining constant vigilance in the strategically important Black Sea. The exercise has been held annually since 2015.
