Musk names Bezos, Ellison, and Page as smartest
Elon Musk recently named three individuals he believes are the smartest people he knows. He shared his thoughts during an appearance on Senator Ted Cruz's podcast, "Verdict with Ted Cruz." The podcast covers political topics and has been running since January 2020. Musk, known for his leadership roles at SpaceX and Tesla, mentioned Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison, and Google co-founder Larry Page as his top picks. He praised these technology leaders for their achievements, which he believes illustrate their intelligence. Musk's relationship with Ellison is notable, as Ellison supported Musk's efforts financially during his time on Tesla's board. Musk also mentioned that intelligence can be reflected in a person’s accomplishments. In another development, a U.S. District Judge, Ellen Lipton Hollander, recently criticized Musk's team for accessing private information. She stated that their efforts to investigate fraud within the Social Security Administration (SSA) violated privacy laws. Hollander expressed concern that Musk's team was conducting a misguided search for fraud without sufficient evidence.
