Moscow court seized over 5 billion rubles in assets from former culture department head Alexander Kibovsky and associate Andrey Nerodenkov. The court ruled to confiscate property, including luxury homes, apartments, commercial real estate, vehicles, and securities, acquired by Kibovsky and Nerodenkov without sufficient legal income. The investigation also linked Kibovsky to an inflated asset sale of a cultural heritage site, yielding approximately 1.2 billion rubles. Nerodenkov's family also possessed assets reportedly from his father-in-law, a former customs chief.
