Montbard's "Drôles de Dames" host 4th Octobre rose charity run

Carole Rossignol-Mariotte and Amandine Rodrigues are organizing their fourth "Octobre rose" charity event in Montbard on October 18 to raise funds for cancer research. The event, held at Place de la Pépinière Royale, features a 4 km walk or 7 km run with entry fees donated to the Ligue contre le cancer. Last year, 500 participants helped collect nearly €5,000. New additions include a music warm-up, a concert, and indoor activities at the Saint-Roch gymnasium. Registration costs €5 (free for under-10s), with meals at €15 and sign-ups due by October 12. The duo will also compete in a trail, mountain biking, and sea canoe challenge in southern France later that month.
