Moncks Corner Police add charges against Brandon Brill

The Moncks Corner Police Department has added three new charges of criminal sexual conduct with a minor against Brandon Estiven Brill. This follows his arrest on February 19 by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and local police. The new charges come after three more juveniles reported sexual abuse by Brill during the ongoing investigation. He remains in custody at the Al Cannon Detention Center. Detectives secured the additional arrest warrants on March 7. The police department encourages reporting suspected abuse and appreciates the bravery of those who came forward.
