Mohun Bagan and East Bengal prepare for Kolkata Derby in ISL 2024-25
The second Kolkata Derby of the Indian Super League 2024-25 will be held on Saturday at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati. The match was moved from Kolkata due to security concerns related to the Gangasagar Mela. Mohun Bagan Super Giant leads the league and has a strong record against East Bengal, winning eight of their nine previous encounters. Both teams will be missing key players due to injuries. Mohun Bagan's coach Jose Molina will not have Ashique Kuruniyan and Anirudh Thapa available, but Greg Stewart and Dimitrios Petratos are returning. East Bengal's Oscar Bruzon will be without Madih Talal, Saul Crespo, and Anwar Ali.
