Mohali police arrest two men in motorcycle theft case and recover six stolen bikes

Mohali police have arrested two men for stealing motorcycles and recovered six stolen two-wheelers. The suspects, Gagandeep Singh and Anmol Singh, were taken into custody after a theft report from a local resident. The investigation began after a Bullet motorcycle was reported stolen on December 23, 2024. Police arrested Gagandeep Singh on January 6 and later apprehended Anmol Singh, leading to the recovery of additional stolen vehicles. Both suspects are reported to be drug addicts, and police say they committed the thefts to support their habits. The accused have been remanded to judicial custody.
