Mizzou NFL rookies get their jersey numbers

Several former Missouri Tigers football players will wear new jersey numbers in the NFL, as rookie minicamps begin this week. Luther Burden III will wear No. 87 for the Chicago Bears. Most of the eight Mizzou rookies in the NFL had to change their numbers from college, with Marcus Bryant being the exception. Corey Flagg Jr. and Cam'Ron Johnson are participating in tryouts. Rookies will compete for roster spots during optional team activities, mandatory minicamps, and training camp before teams finalize their rosters.
