Ministry of National Defense keeps Cha Eunwoo in military band despite tax evasion allegations

The Ministry of National Defense will not reassign ASTRO's Cha Eunwoo from his military band post despite a tax evasion scandal. The Ministry stated Cha Eunwoo does not meet reassignment criteria, which include illness, unit changes, or disciplinary action, and will continue his current duties. Cha Eunwoo was investigated for tax evasion last year, leading to a notification of over ₩20.0 billion KRW in back taxes, though the actual paid amount was lower.
