Milpitas Library opens play space for early literacy

The Milpitas Library will open its new Railway Rollick Children’s Play Space on June 14, designed to promote early literacy for young children. The grand opening will feature a ribbon-cutting, bubble show, crafts, and a photo booth for families with children aged 0-10. This is the fourth such play space in the Santa Clara County Library District. The new play space includes reading nooks, an accessible slide, and balance activities. The library also launched its summer reading program, "Level Up at Your Library," to encourage reading.
