Milanesa Festival returns to Buenos Aires with free entry and 100+ varieties

The Milanesa Festival returns to Buenos Aires with free entry and over 100 varieties of the popular Argentine dish, featuring more than 35 food stalls and trucks. The event takes place Saturday, September 5, and Sunday, September 6, from 12:00 to 20:00 at the Hipódromo de Palermo, supported by BA Capital Gastronómica. Offerings range from traditional bodegón-style preparations to gourmet versions, with cuts including entraña, peceto, and premium options like bife de chorizo. Classic styles include napolitana, a la parmigiana, and a caballo, plus breading variations like panko and sourdough. Non-meat options feature chicken, fish, seitan, and gírgolas, with vegan and gluten-free alternatives available.
