Microsoft relaunches Windows Recall AI feature with improved security measures

Microsoft is set to relaunch its Recall AI feature for Windows PCs, addressing previous security concerns. The feature will now operate solely on the device, ensuring no data is sent to the cloud. Recall will be an opt-in feature, requiring user authentication through Windows Hello. It will not capture sensitive information like passwords or credit card numbers and will include enhanced encryption. The updated Recall AI will be available on Copilot Plus PCs through the Windows 11 insider build soon, with a full release expected in November.
