Microsoft launches Copilot Actions to automate tasks in Microsoft 365

Microsoft has introduced Copilot Actions, a new feature for Microsoft 365 that automates repetitive tasks. Currently in private preview, it allows users to automate tasks like summarizing meeting actions and generating reports. At the Ignite conference, Microsoft announced enhancements for PowerPoint and Outlook. PowerPoint will soon offer translation for presentations in 40 languages and improved presentation drafting using templates and images from SharePoint. Excel will also see updates, including a new start experience that suggests templates for spreadsheets. Outlook's Copilot will improve scheduling for meetings and creating agendas, with these features expected by the end of November.
