Microsoft launches bright red Cipher Special Edition wireless controller

Microsoft has launched a new red variant of its Cipher Special Edition wireless controller. The Pulse Cipher features a translucent design, allowing users to see its internal components. It is available for pre-order at £70 and will be released on February 4. This new controller follows previous models like the Sky Cipher and Ghost Cipher but offers a distinct color scheme. In September, Microsoft introduced transparent top cases for its Elite Series 2 controllers, inspired by '90s technology. Additionally, Microsoft will host an Xbox Developer Direct showcase on January 23, featuring upcoming games including Doom: The Dark Ages and South of Midnight.
