Renowned Tokyo yakitori restaurant Torishiki ICHIMON is opening its first Taiwan location. The Michelin-starred establishment, founded by master chef Yoshiteru Ikegawa, is known for its difficult-to-get reservations. It will offer a 15-course yakitori omakase menu featuring local Taiwanese chicken. The new Taipei branch, TORIKAZE TAIPEI, will open in June, with reservations opening on May 26. The restaurant is part of a global expansion that includes locations in Tokyo, Kyoto, New York, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.
