Michelin Guide recognizes five Philippine hotels for excellence

Five Philippine hotels have been recognized in the Michelin Guide Hotel list, boosting the country's reputation for world-class hospitality. The Department of Tourism announced that Fairmont Makati, Manila Marriott Hotel, Solaire Resort, Raffles Makati, and Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, all DOT-accredited, were included. This recognition highlights the Filipino warmth and excellence in the hospitality sector. This year's additions bring the total number of recognized Philippine hotels to eleven. The Michelin Guide team is also preparing its first edition focusing on hotels in several key Philippine cities.
