Meta updates Ray-Ban smart glasses with live AI, translations, and Shazam support

Meta has launched version 11 of its Ray-Ban smart glasses software, introducing live AI interactions, live translations, and Shazam support. Live AI and live translation features are currently available only to members of Meta’s Early Access Program. Live AI allows users to converse with Meta’s AI assistant while it observes surroundings, offering suggestions based on items in view. Live translation provides real-time speech translation between English and select languages, with options for audio or text display. Shazam support enables users to identify songs by prompting the AI. These features require the latest software updates on the glasses and the Meta View app.
